

On November 9, 2024, Pr. Steve Belinga, founder of The Belinga Foundation, was honored as one of the Elders of Endam Village in Fale 1, Mengong District in South Cameroon.This prestigious recognition is a testament to the community’s gratitude for Pr. Belinga’s philanthropic efforts, which have been driven by a desire to help others long before he had the means. As the founder of one of the most prominent festivals in the South of Cameroon ( Central Africa), Pr. Belinga’s work through The Belinga Foundation’s five pillars (Art, Culture, Health, Sustainable Development, and Education) has provided opportunities for the needy and transformed mindsets to offer more opportunities for his community.

Donning his ceremonial fly whisk and notable’s hat, Pr. Belinga acknowledged that his new role comes with greater challenges. He called on his community to unite and work together to overcome the upcoming obstacles.This distinction solidifies Pr. Belinga’s position as a leader and change-maker in his community, and The Belinga Foundation will undoubtedly continue to make a lasting impact in the region.With this new title, Pr.
